That's ture, I also test different type of prompt, 1.5 is a little better than 1.6.

From what I've heard before, the more a model is trained the better quality you get, at least in theory but... the more failed generations you will need before getting there

@formertwitteremp5140 Sorry not an actual log, I didn't mean to confuse. The bold red note that seems to be left by a moderator is effectively a moderation/change log.

Why would that matter though? It's one of the best models out there, I couldn't care less about fake reviews and whatnot.

There's OTHER MODELS very similar, not TRYING to whine about the style here - Lyriel has it's merits, but there ARE Models similar - Go BEYOND THE TOP 50 for once, there ARE people that literally miss out because of review scamming.

@alese_kynnadi You're not wrong. I would add, as a fellow content creator, there's not much talent that goes into anything that is posted to civitai. The only time the word talent should enter the conversation is the actual developers of SD and other researchers and developers. Any LORA, TI, or Checkpoint creation is a trivial task once you understand the process, and talent doesn't factor into it. Although, i see you've not bothered to contribute anything, at all, so perhaps my words are wasted.

How would you know what talent does or doesn't go into checkpoint creation? End users don't know what work is involved. You know the muffin tastes good, but you don't know what ingredients were used.

@alese_kynnadi , Mix or whatever, there's no better model. FACT. This model is closest to midjourney V4 and V5! Simply the best SD model available! I've tried all top models and none of them can do what Lyriel does.

calm down, it's a mix. the author review bombed other creator and spammed over 200 accounts to give this model fake reviews. you're being unfair towards other good models on this website, that were probably used in this mix

@NecroBear a shitty thing if true. But the model is objectively good. Quite flexible, works well with small prompts. Was my go-to for a while. Out of the other models, only ArtsHP is imparable.@NecroBear 

It's not "useless", maybe it's useless for what you have in mind. It's a good mix that generates good results, no matter what the author did.

Why not use the Checkpoint Merger tab in SD Automatic 1111 to convert it to ckpt yourself?

Choose two models...the primary model (A) being the one that you want to end up in a different format...and another model

Set 'Multiplier' to 0...this seems to indicate that none of the 2nd model will be merged...

In the next option 'Interpolation Method' select 'No Interpolation' - again this seems to indicate that the result will be just A i.e. the primary model.

Then in the 'checkpoint format' options choose to save it as .ckpt

(I have no idea what 'save as float 16' does so left that blank...and unchecked the 'save metadata option')

I did the above and the resulting ckpt appears to produce the exact same images using the example prompts above with both the safetensor and the new cpkt version...so isn't that what you're looking for?

@NewtonsV3808 Save as float 16 prunes a model that is about 4GB so it can just be a 2GB model. This must be done with caution as there are fragile models that lose quality when pruned, while others offer an identical picture.

I don't agree at all. For me, Lyriel is more like a Deliberate model with an integrated Lowra Lora.
Better blacks and contrasts for dark scenes, i find it very versatile, it's my go to for 2 months, for 80% of what I do.
I use Dreamshapper when I want a more "artsy" or "oil painting" look
