Basically the US Copyright Office ruled that images entirely generated by text-to-image cannot be subject to copyright as they were not produced by a person.

Might be worth considering as you would not be able to copyright the images in your books if you're publishing them in the USA.

@ProCasual i guess it cannot be copyrighted but the rest of the book could be, so in theory, he can still have his own book with everything copyrighted but the images, and people could reuse/reproduce the images out of his book but not the rest, still most would buy to enjoy and not really copy the art. And if they do, they won't commit a crime anyway, for me it's ok in every aspect.

usually happens with high CFG, you could either lower it or get an extension like Dynamic Thresholding to artificially raise your CFG

sometimes when i use prompts like 'impressionistic painting' or something i get that.

This model doesn't have specific licensee for that, so you can. Don't forget to look at the platform policy, where you are going to sell it, if they allow Ai art.
