can you please add option to upload reference. I want to use reference in the extended part of the image...
I can give it a shot. 🤔 Not sure how it'll turn out, but I've got work scheduled today. I'll get it done as soon as possible and upload it here to reply to you.
@BiuBoomFlow any luck?
@joevondayl609 Seems not...
@joevondayl609 Sorry, I've been swamped with other work lately... haven't gotten around to this yet.
@Jellai Sorry, I've been swamped with other work lately... haven't gotten around to this yet.
I need some tips.
Let's say my image is 2096x992 and I want to expand the top.
What settings do I change?
Do I change to 2096 at longest resolution node?
I've added in the prompt this: "Do not modify the base image at all keep all details exactly the same." But it seems the image does get modified slightly.
Yes, you're correct. Simply enter 2096 on the longest side. The slight variation occurs because the entire image is actually redrawn once. If you need it to remain completely unchanged, you can use the stitching node, specifically named: LanPaint Mask Blend. Then, connect the expanded image to the Image 1 node of the "LanPaint Mask Blend." Connect the rendered image to the Image 2 node. Finally, output the mask from the mask port of the outer canvas to the mask interface of the "LanPaint Mask Blend."
However, this method may result in color casts or imperfect seams. For the first issue of color casts, you can add a Color Match node. For the seam problem, you can add a "GrowMaskWithBlur" after the mask.
@BiuBoomFlow added LanPaint Mask Blend but after I get lost, no idea which node is the rendered image
@drfaker911219 If no changes are made, the node labeled "VAE Decoder" represents the rendered image.
Doesn't work. It just creates grey areas.
Is there a specific error message? Normally, you need to update comfyui to the latest version for it to work properly.
