your fp8 version doesnt work for me i get "attribute error:'nonetype' object has no attribute 'clone'"
That error usually means ComfyUI is getting a "None" instead of a model tensor, so the FP8 model isn’t being loaded the way it expects.
A few quick checks that usually fix it:
– Make sure you’re on the latest ComfyUI + comfy‑kitchen / ModelQuantizer (old versions don’t handle FP8 correctly).
– Load the FP8 file with the same type of loader the workflow was built for (FP8/quantized loader, not the standard SD1/SDXL loader).

@SassyAI im just using the bog standard load diffusion model node that comes packed with comfy and every other zit model i have works perfectly fine whether fp8, fp16 or bf16 except this one, ill download your fp16 version and see if that one works on my workflow or not.
edit: your fp16 version works fine for me but your fp8 version just keeps giving that error, i even redownloaded it incase the model got corrupted during download but same result.
mystix XXX lora gives the same results or better.
