@CAPTnFUBAR if i understood this correctly they are used like a lora in your workflow to further enhance the output. it's explained here (under explanation domain adapter)
@CAPTnFUBAR It appears that there is a problem with the official release of the adapter file. It has state dict incompatibility according to this section of the documentation, and the author has provided a link to an alternative version that seems to work.
