This is a workflow ive thrown together to work with my 16gb vram gpu, with 32gb of ram you can likely only manage to get away with generating a 10 second video, maybe 15 second, if you want to generate a 20 second video you will likely need at least 48gb of ram.

this workflow is designed to be used with gguf models with the lightning lora built in though you should be able to use the regular wan2.2 gguf and just load the lightning loras separately just fine.

this version has a seperate prompt for each 5 second section as ive found it is more reliable that way, but i will release a version that only has a single prompt for all but generally that only works for 10 second clips, any longer and it starts to hallucinate a bit.

there is one node you will have to download manually as it is not part of comfy manager's library.

to run with 16gb of vram i would recommend q4km models, anything lower and quality degrades significantly and the fp8 version of umt5xxl
