This model is so scary. There are often all kinds of tangled hands, like ghosts. I thought it was only my computer like this.
@ovision CFG and clip skip settings may help. I use a relatively low CFG like 3.5-4.5 and a clip skip of 2 or 3 that seems consistent with these realism models. I have seen horrors when getting too high or low with either, but I also run up to 4 loras, so ymmv.
