If you're using a NSFW model the woman will almost always move her hips, this is really hard to get around since NSFW models are trained on a lot of sex scenes but you can reduce it by adding this into the negative prompt:

boncing, jumping, shaking, moving hips, bouncing hips, shaking ass, hip movement, body movement

It's a lot more prominent in certain positions so if you really want to avoid it try a position where women usually don't move.
