Quick OOM Fix Guide
If youβre getting Out of Memory errors or weird faces in the final pass, follow these steps in order:
1. Update or Fresh Install ComfyUI + Install Missing Custom Nodes
Download and run the Easy Installer: π https://github.com/Tavris1/ComfyUI-Easy-Install
Or watch this short video: π https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgLL5aoEX-s&t=1041s
After updating/installing:
Open ComfyUI β go to Manager β click Install Missing Custom Nodes
Restart ComfyUI completely.
2. Add the Low VRAM Flags
Go to your ComfyUI folder.
Find the file ComfyUI.bat.
Right-click β Edit (open with Notepad).
Find the line that has ComfyUI\main.py .
Add the flags at the end so it looks like this:
bat
ComfyUI\main.py --lowvram --reserve-vram 6 --preview-method none --disable-xformers --disable-smart-memorySave and launch ComfyUI using this .bat file.
3. Increase Windows Swap File (Virtual Memory) This helps when VRAM still spikes:
Right-click This PC β Properties β Advanced system settings.
Click Settings under Performance β Advanced tab β Change (under Virtual memory).
Uncheck βAutomatically manage paging file size for all drivesβ.
Select your main drive (usually C:) β choose Custom size.
Set:
Initial size (MB): 49152
Maximum size (MB): 98304
Click Set β OK β restart your PC.
After doing all three steps, reload the workflow and test with Longer Side 1024 and Video Length 20 seconds first. This combination fixes OOM for almost everyone on 12GB cards.
Version History & Previous Updates
V5 β Major base model upgrade to 10Eros V1 FP8. Significantly better realism, anatomy, lighting and motion coherence. Updated model loading and separate LoRA handling for each pass.
V4 β Introduced separate Manual Sigmas for First and Final Pass, much stronger Final Pass motion, full TwoWaySwitch system for model selection, expanded LoRA stack, and refined Video Editor.
V3 β Solved the biggest V2 complaint by preserving much more motion in the Final Pass. Added Model Upscaler (nmkdSiaxCX), option to disable Final Pass, distilled model support, and custom resolution.
V2 β Added full built-in Video Editor (RTX Super Resolution + RIFE to 48 FPS), improved LoRA suite, better audio sync, and major stability enhancements.
V1 β The original production-ready workflow. Dual-pass system, strong audio integration, excellent low VRAM optimization (12GB cards), and live previews.

Description
π MrXin LTX 2.3 I2V EROS V2 β Whatβs New & Improved

Summary of Improvements in V2
Better final quality (especially faces and details after 10+ seconds)
Much stronger and more LoRAs pre-loaded with optimal strengths
Faster and more stable on low VRAM (12GB cards)
Less chance of OOM or the workflow stopping midway
Added Video Editor section for extra upscaling and smooth interpolation
I deliberately chose the normal VAE Decode node (not the tiled version) because the tiled decode caused artifacts on faces after the 10-second mark.
Easier to customize thanks to bypass groups and helpful notes
V1 is still perfectly fine if you prefer a lighter and simpler version. V2 is now the recommended version for the best quality, stability, and features.

Hey, you'r welcome. Let me know if the V2 is beter than V1.
@MrXinΒ I tested it, for some reason in Final video I have haze and blurriness (
@RenessanceΒ hmmm thats strange. Try the V1.0 upscaler instead of the V1.1. Maybe this wil fix it.
@MrXinΒ This is true)
set 5 seconds. the video quickly turns into a blur. using spatial upscaler 1.1. you can see the image I've posted.
hey, i'm sorry to hear that. Did you let it run until the second pass? its normal for the first pass to be blurry.
@MrXinΒ I tested it and confirmed that the problem is in the new upscaler 1.1.
@RenessanceΒ hey thx. i wil change it and upload the new version.
@MrXinΒ But by the way, changing the ascaller didn't completely fix the situation, unfortunately.
@RenessanceΒ hmmm okey, i have deleted the V2 version. i'm gone test it more. Thx for the feedback.
tried v1 and it's the same, blurry mess.
I have set the eros safetensors at audio vae and audio text encoder. is that ok, it's the workflow default if I'm not mistaken?
@drfaker911219Β Yeah, thats the default. Are you using my V1 workflow?
@MrXinΒ yep. I think i was using this version all the time
@drfaker911219Β In what stage does the blurring happen?
@MrXinΒ first pass
@drfaker911219Β hmm okey, what settings are you using and with is the image size of the image you uploaded?
@MrXinΒ 992x1840 using default settings. tried with the nsfw lora enabled and disabled. LEft distill lora on.
@drfaker911219Β Thats so strange, i'm gone post a V2 version later today. Hopefully this one wil work for you.
@MrXinΒ same issue with new version. I set to 5 seconds. It's a realistic image. Tried gemma 12b scaled, heretic, simple.
@drfaker911219Β Thats really strange, i have made over 30 videos in different sizes and lengths without a problem. I only can suggest to reinstall comfyui. use these links:
Download and run the Easy Installer: π https://github.com/Tavris1/ComfyUI-Easy-Install
Or watch this short video: π https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgLL5aoEX-s&t=1041s
Hey. i have totally umpredictable changes. it start good, after some seconds it turns into crazy things: multiple limbs, 2 heads, and many times writings or signs appears in overlay o.O
what i'm doing bad? :D
Yeah, something is wrong with the V2 workflow. I deleted and i'm going to test it more. The V1 still works :)
Great workflow. I've yet to generate a complete video unfortunately, but the layout and organization is really well done.
I've yet to complete a video, however. On my 3060 (16 GB VRAM) with 128 RAM, each pass seems to be increasing exponentially compared to the last. The first pass was done in about 3 minutes, the second took about 6 minutes and the final one has yet to complete (it seems to be stuck at steps 2/4 after more than 30 minutes)
I do have sage attention turned off and wonder if that may have something to do with it?
I did get an error before I ran it indicating an issue with the sage attention module, so I may need to troubleshoot that before reattempting.
I have a portable comfyui install and it's been a chore getting some nodes installed, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's contributing to the issue I'm running into.
Hello, i am getting this type of error, how to solve?
The size of tensor a (1085) must match the size of tensor b (171136) at non-singleton dimension 2
i would check the loras, vae, or encoder
@daspin335thx for the asnwer, but no solved, i had tested with every lora desable, chanced vae, models, and still the same error, i am using a 3090
The first sample worked perfectly, but the second sample produced a completely black video and incorrect audio, causing the entire workflow to stop. How can I resolve this?
Hey, i'm sorry to hear you have problems. Be sure to update comfyui and install all the nodes. also be sure that you have downloaded the right models.
@MrXinΒ The workflow worked fine after I updated my latent upscale models to version 1.1. If anyone else encounters the same error, please try updating.
Hey there, thanks for the workflow, I got it to work through the entire 3 passes, I was wondering I have a 4090 and it took about 20 minutes to get through 25 seconds, 1028 longest side, video is this about a normal time?
Thats seems long. I have a rtx 5080. and for a 25 second with 1280 on long side it takes about 12 minutes. I have sage attention installed in my comfyui.
I agree that would seem too long. I do 11:40mins for 1280 long side @ 30sec video on an RTX6000 Pro. )"Prompt executed in 00:11:40")
For some reason i get only a image out here, even when changing the promt to somthing simple with 24 fps 7 sec long?
Hey, Be sure the put all the models in the right folders. I once also had this problem :p.
First and second pass went by quickly with 12 s/it and 40 s/it. Third pass is taking 270 s/it. Is this normal behavior? 16GB 5060Ti + 32 GB DDR5 RAM. I have Linux and it has plenty of free ZRAM and isn't using Swap space.
Yeah the last pass is demanding. But this is where the details come from.
@MrXinΒ lol I cut the resolution down from 1280 to 640 and added RTX Video Super Resolution to the final video. That seems to give a much better ratio of details to render time.
1216 20s video: 12, 40, 270 s/it - 1500s
832 + VSR 20s video (final output 1024x1536): 6, 13, 61 s/it - 447s
Hi, first of all thanks MrXin for the great workflow, i finally created some good videos with LTX 2.3.
Just one question , i have the same spec 16GB 5060Ti + 32 GB DDR5 RAM
How can i add RTX Video Super Resolution to the final video so that i can reduce the upscale time (i'm new with comfyUI)
@deatknight0415164866Β Hey! π
Thanks for using the workflow!
To install RTX Video Super Resolution properly:
Step 1: Install via ComfyUI Manager (first)
Open ComfyUI Manager
Search for comfyui_nvidia_rtx_nodes
Click Install
Restart ComfyUI
Step 2: Install dependencies via Command Line
Open Command Prompt in your ComfyUI folder and run these commands one by one:
Bash
.\python_embeded\python.exe -m pip install nvidia-vfx --extra-index-url https://pypi.nvidia.comBash
.\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-NVIDIA-RTX-Nodes pip install -r requirements.txtThen restart ComfyUI completely.
After this, the RTXVideoSuperResolution node should appear and turn green.
Let me know if it still shows red or if you get any error!
β MrXin
@MrXinΒ thanks for your reply
I installed RTX Video Super Resolution and the result is outstanding
Hi, thank you for great workflow.
Do you have plan to add FLFV in future?
Hey, thx. And yeah i might do that. Currently working on V2 workflow and Text to video.
Hello, I received the following error message when running the workflow. How can I fix it. Thank you.:
Error(s) in loading state_dict for LTXAVModel: size mismatch for adaln_single.linear.weight: copying a param with shape torch.Size([36864, 4096]) from checkpoint, the shape in current model is torch.Size([24576, 4096]). size mismatch for adaln_single.linear.bias: copying a param with shape torch.Size([36864]) from checkpoint, the shape in current model is torch.Size([24576]). size mismatch for audio_adaln_single.linear.weight: copying a param with shape torch.Size([18432, 2048]) from checkpoint, the shape in current model is torch.Size([12288, 2048]). size mismatch for audio_adaln_single.linear.bias: copying a param with shape torch.Size([18432]) from checkpoint, the shape in current model is torch.Size([12288]).
Hey, it look like one ore more models are not the right version. Check the download links on the left side of the workflow, or in the description on civit.
@MrXinΒ I'm sorry to bother you, but this is really strange. I only installed the models you listed, and after double-checking, I still can't find any mismatched model, but the error is still there.
@atweiernΒ hmm try to reinstall comfyui. i have a link in workflow description.
