Simple workflow for post-processing (IMG/Video).

Due to the large number of tasks during a workflow, Out of Memory (OOM) usually occurs in one of these processes.

It was separated for convenience and simplicity. It doesn't require any specific model like WAN/LXTV/etc., only general upscaler models and similar ones. An extra feature for images was also added, even though it's somewhat useless.

SEEDVR2 for IMG/VID
Traditional UPSCALER for IMG/VID
Color Match for VID
Interpolation for VID

can do in both single file or by batch path
