this is by far the best method ive used and created to generate realistic images. Chroma is a very powerful underrated model, once you know how to use there's no going back.

the examples images are in the folder, simply drop in the Load images and watch, try other images but beware youll have to change settings because poses are trained different. all download links are inside the workflow.
