Elinore, the curvy voluptuous adult fairy from the movie Wizards (1977) by famous animator and filmmaker Ralph Baskshi

Trained on the high quality original images of her that could be found on the internet to keep it as true the source as possible. Sadly there has yet to be a true remasters version of the movie to come out yet so it was slim pickings.

Mostly trained on her wearing her classic white halter top and thong, with her wings. Some with her in her classic yellow cloak. Variety was hard to come by so don't expect much outside of that with prompting alone.

For realism:
Her body is curvy with a voluptuous figure. with black wavy hair and a gold hairpiece. She has large, expressive purple eyes and bright red lips. She wears a white pearl necklaces and a revealing white halter top that exposes her large breasts and nipples with matching white thong. Her fairy wings are partially visible, colored purple with blue spots.

Slight variations of these should provide you close to or same results.

If if struggling to provide the character and you are able, using a character reference does wonders, for both realism and illustration.
