Collection of e621 tags organized by groups

Most other collections of tags are just raw lists that are not useful as wildcards. This collection has been organized into groups using scripting and sorted with the most common tags on top. This makes the tags easy to find while minimizing the unnecessary garbage (that the AI models don't have enough training data for anyway)

Format is newline separated txt files, providing maximum compatibility with most AI tools
