Trying to animate this position on WAN has never turned out properly and I noticed there weren't any piledriver thrusting LoRAs for WAN 2.2, so I decided to train one myself.
This is my first time training on WAN 2.2, so the LoRA can be a bit finicky depending on the starting image. It works best with normal or average-sized penises. Larger or heavily veiny cocks tend to cause deformation or "jelly" behavior.

Use I2V (Image-to-Video) rather than pure T2V
Start with a strong reference image that already shows clear vaginal insertion and a normal-sized penis
Recommended LoRA strength: 0.85 – 1 for High and Low
For smoother and more realistic motion, combine with DR34ML4Y or other general motion LoRAs
Known Limitations:
Can struggle with very large or hyper veiny penises (tends to become bendy or sausage-like)
Anatomy can still break if the starting image has poor genital details
Requires a decent starting image to perform well

Lora itself works well. However, it is too difficult to create a startup image on a standard T2I model. It was so difficult that I even had to use a capture image from your sample video for testing ^^;;

It might be easier to generate in Chroma or one of the Chroma finetunes. You can also use Pony or Anima Preview, then use an Anime2Real lora for Flux2 Klein Edit or Qwen Edit.

@rrblack @rrblack Not really, simply for the fact that Klein 9B/4B isn't likely to have such a NSFW pose in the base model. Loras can only do so much. Chroma/Pony/Illustrious/Anima all do better because they were trained with a lot of NSFW poses, so it's easier to cement the pose and generate more consistently using a lora. The only drawback is that they aren't photo-like, so using image2image or a lora to convert anime/semi-realistic to photo is a way around that.
A Text2Video version that can also do side view perspective would be great. Maybe I can get it to work with the side-missionary lora
