Trying to animate this position on WAN has never turned out properly and I noticed there weren't any piledriver thrusting LoRAs for WAN 2.2, so I decided to train one myself.
This is my first time training on WAN 2.2, so the LoRA can be a bit finicky depending on the starting image. It works best with normal or average-sized penises. Larger or heavily veiny cocks tend to cause deformation or "jelly" behavior.

Use I2V (Image-to-Video) rather than pure T2V
Start with a strong reference image that already shows clear vaginal insertion and a normal-sized penis
Recommended LoRA strength: 0.85 – 1 for High and Low
For smoother and more realistic motion, combine with DR34ML4Y or other general motion LoRAs
Known Limitations:
Can struggle with very large or hyper veiny penises (tends to become bendy or sausage-like)
Anatomy can still break if the starting image has poor genital details
Requires a decent starting image to perform well
