I fixed this earlier today, so just redownload and all will be fine. In my rush to get all 3 workflows posted for my video release documenting these workflows, I failed to connect the model loader to the LoRA loader when switching from what I use internally (int8).
Don't bother, it's broken. Some nodes are not even connected which shows how much "care" was put in
You made of spare parts there, bud? The workflow is completely functional and everything's plugged in. It's not a workflow for beginners, is all I can say.
