Is this based on the style of a specific artist?
Not one artist in particular. It's a fusion of elements: ligne claire, vibrant colors in a flat and limited pallette (mostly oranges, teals, earth tones), realism, and detailed line work.

I tried prompting colour out and using a negative, but it is a bit erratic.
