If you do like this work, consider buying me a coffee :)
Updated - Mid Year: Updated with a lora created from a frest dataset merged with ICBINP Final. Should give decent results, but does have the standard AI issues (cleft chin bias etc..)
Recommended settings: DPM++ 3M SDE Karras or DPM++ 2M Karras, 20-30 steps, 2.5-5 CFG (or use Dynamic Thresholding), happiest at 640x960 with a hires fix on top, but if you are happy to hunt through seeds to avoid head duplicates, 768x1152 works quite well also.
Following on from Gorilla With A Brick, I've merged in 10 more photorealistic models at various weights, and some more noise offset to create something that when prompted for photorealism will make you go "I Can't Believe It's Not Photography". It will happily create CGI characters and awesome landscapes as well.
As always, pruned to fp16, the VAE is baked in (SD-v2 840000 - ignore the VAE requirement above as the system is borked!), and the man in the suit can be used as the calibration prompt on any UI!
Description
Block Merge of SECO, Realistic Vision 6, and epicPhotoGasm then merged with the LCM lora to allow quality generations in 5 steps

i get really weird looking skin with your last checkpoint. reptile-like skin.
changing clipskip or vae does not do anything.
any ideas?
Reason is mostly like the lcm sampler.Try to set sampler to 6-8, cfg to 1-2 and use LCM sampler.
Sorry, I forgot to add in the blurb that this needs cfg of 1-2 as well as a sampler that works well with LCM models (I used DPM++ SDE)
Very mixed feelings about this one. You can get decent results with very low amount of steps, but they often turn out grainy and/or have really ugly backgrounds.
I see this one as a way to rapidly generate a heap of images to find a composition/prompt with a decent result and then use post-processing to fix em up nice
Which LCM lora was used in the LCM merge? There's couple I know exist. The one from Aseer is really good.
https://huggingface.co/latent-consistency/lcm-lora-sdv1-5 was the one used in this merge
Nah, LCM is definitely step back in quality. Not for this particular model, but in general, for all.
It is like DLSS for SD. Finicky trick, nothing more.
Agree that the quality isnt as high as a full workflow, but its still a good option to have for quickly finding something you like
@residentchiefnz Yup that's it's main point I think.
Is LCM working on the basis of SECO or Afterburn version? Because the images are very burned. Could you make an LCM with the FINAL version?
Neither.. I had merged a couple of extra things in before merging in the LCM lora
As for making a LCM version of Final, I can't see why not. Might take a few days, but we can sort that
@residentchiefnz I'll be looking forward to it and I'm sure several people will too.
@rebecahiguchi2313773 That's live now :)
@residentchiefnz Thank´s so much! It´s was fast.
