Flaccid / Erection Slider
It's finally here! The long-awaited erection slider.
If you want the "matte" look of a flaccid penis, use the LoRA on both first sampler and refiner. But if you want the flaccid penis to look shiny, use the LoRA on the first sampler only. On my samples I used it on the first sampler only.
PS: The checkpoint is not the official base model as it looks like. Civitai won't let me change it since it's in the metadata of the image. My workflow is in the middle of a remake, so I got some nodes hooked up wrong... All images were made with Moody Krea 2 Mix V4

Really appreciate all your great sliders, but why do so many people here seem to think flaccid = "erect but points down at a 45 degree angle" 😕 Should be much smaller and floppy when flaccid...
Well, that comes down to the prompt and the value i use on the Penis Size LoRA. I have to use prompts that works for both positive and negaitve values when i make the samples.
Its absolutly no problem to make a small flaccid penis with this slider and my penis size slider.
@kangaru861 I uploaded i image for you. That is how Sliders work. You turn the dials down to negaive values, and you can get what you want. Small penises for my man with a small penis ;)

Thanks for putting some focus on male content! Do you think Gender and Genitals sliders are possible down the line? Something like a gender spectrum slider (masculine male to femboy to tomboy woman to feminine female continuum) or a genitals variation slider (big penis with testicles to small penis with small testicles to penis with vagina instead of testicles to just vagina)? Really appreciate all your hard work!
That is a lot of different directions at once.
But im going to make a gender slider, since there has been multiple request for one.
And i have a soft-body/toned-body concept in development. I just need to get control of a massive age-drift problem on that slider in the soft-range.

So with my upcomming gender slider + softbody/toned slider + kermits Muscle slider combined should make everything from femboys to women that would crush you.
Testicles have been requested multiple times, and the size of testicles is directly locked to the girth of the penis. You can see that my Penis Girth and Penis size slider both affect the thickness of the penis AND the size of the sack. While my Penis Length slider dont affect the testicle size. This is not by design, but a bi-effect of the girth.
I tried to make a Testicle size slider multiple times, but it always just turned out to be a peniz size slider instead.

A gender slider sounds like it's going to be way more useful in the long run anyway. So many LoRAs out there are heavily biased toward White or Asian female training data, so having a reliable gender slider will definitely help eliminate some of those built in defaults and give everyone a lot more flexibility.
Looking forward to seeing how the gender and soft/toned body sliders turn out once you crack that age-drift issue!
@Loraholic Thank you for trying to make the testicles size slider. It's unfortunate that it's locked into the penis size but it sounds like there's nothing we can do. I have a testicles size lora for SDXL but that model is so outdated now. The prompt adherence in particular is awful.
Some of these are good, but flaccid doesn't necessarily mean erect but pointing down, as in the penis full of blood, engorged and swollen, just pointing South instead of North.
Treat this more as a correction tool, not a LoRA for a complete penis transformation. It is a Rank1 slider at 7mb, smallest possible impact a LoRA can have on a image. So its sole job is to help steer the penis in the flaccid / erect directions.
The thing is, there has never been a problem making small flaccid penises. The problem first comes when you want a large flaccid penis. Or when you start to stack bad LoRAs that is only trained on erect penises. Especially with a penis size slider in the mix as well it would often lead to a erect penis no matter what. But in those cases this LoRA is gold, and the only thing that can bring it somewhat under controll. All while leaving the rest of the image and faces pretty much unchanged.

Have you tried it without any other LoRA?
If it work without other LoRAs, i would try to enable them one by one.
A Slider will never override a image to the degree a normal LoRA will. So if you use a LoRA that is overtrained on only erect penises, this LoRA will not do much.
Sliers just steer the model, they never overwrite any data.
Would it be possible to get a torso/leg slider? like +5 is bigger legs/smaller torso and -5 is big torso/smaller legs
+1 For putting in your notes the model discrepancy and linking the checkpoint you used. I wish others cared as much.
