Use "NGRDSB a woman" as the trigger. If "NGRDSB" turns up as text in your images, you can try it with just woman, it should still work.
I've run it at strength 1, but depending on situation you might want to adjust that down slightly.
As it was trained with the word "woman" in the prompt, she probably will not play nice with other character loras that does the same.
