If you like characters with different eye colors you would likely get one big problem.
Sometimes the eye colors are opposite!!!
Apparently AI models don't do well with left and right. Especially for body parts it requires extra context. So image generation is hit or miss for character with heterochromia.
Here is a workflow to accurately generate it. Enable Eyes Edit in Quick Access when you found the seed you are using gives wrong colors, but you don't want to reroll because you like the composition.
