WHAT CHANGED
- Face LoRA fully retrained on a new base model (v40 lineage) — sharper skin texture and
stronger likeness retention in low light and heavy practical lighting.
- RECOMMENDED FACE STRENGTH CHANGED: 0.3 → 1.0. v2.x users must update this or the likeness
comes back weak. The body companion strength is unchanged in spirit (0.6 → 0.5).
- New preview set: Midnight Carnival (themed) and a tunnel-of-love strip series.
TRAINING
- Face: 16 epochs / dim32 alpha32 — 40 images → 640 steps, lr 1e-4, seed 42.
- Body: 16 epochs / dim64 alpha64 — 36 images → 576 steps (carried over, see below).
- Base: face = cyberrealisticKrea2_v40; body = the previous V30 base.
KNOWN / NEXT
- The body companion LoRA is still on the V30 base. It stacks and works on v40 and is what every
v3.0 preview was rendered with, but a v40 body retrain is the next planned improvement.
