Retooled MintStikz Simple Image Editor to make single images using the ref models from MiniMax. It works? But the image quality isn't quite there yet. I played around with using 4x2x upscale trick as well as the RTX upscaler but neither was better than 20 steps multi-res @ 1.0 megapixel. Also played around with using the various Turbo loras but they weren't much better either.

Consider this a draft or proof of concept, we might have to wait for the MiniMax models to mature a bit to make stronger first frame quality as this is basically a jury-rigged video generator to ignore the video part and export frame 1 after the decode.

I have another idea to try with the upscaler/quality and if it works I will post an update to this sometime later.
