Wan Hybrid FLUX.2 32B + Klein 9B Keyframe Studio

Wan Hybrid Keyframe Studio is a ComfyUI workflow created specifically for generating high-quality still frames for Wan image-to-video workflows.

It is designed to create different views, poses and animation endpoints of the same character — including first frames, last frames, transition frames and pose reference frames.

The workflow combines two FLUX models because each one is used where it performs best.

FLUX.2 Dev 32B — Main Generator

FLUX.2 Dev 32B generates the complete base image.

It is responsible for the highest overall quality and accuracy, including:

• full-body anatomy

• muscular structure and proportions

• face and identity

• skin and hair detail

• pose and perspective

• photographic lighting

• environment

• reference-image fidelity

• fine texture and overall realism

The 32B stage creates the main high-quality frame.

FLUX.2 Klein 9B SNOFS — Specialized Refinement

The result is then passed to FLUX.2 Klein 9B SNOFS as a second-stage editor.

Klein/SNOFS is especially useful for adult male anatomy and genital detail, so instead of regenerating the entire image, it is used as a focused refinement stage.

This keeps the strong composition, body, face, lighting and realism produced by FLUX.2 Dev 32B while adding the specialized anatomical strengths of Klein.

Made for Wan Animation

The workflow can generate separate frames such as:

• Front / Standing

• Three-quarter

• Side

• Back

• Kneeling

• Prone

• Supine

• different actions

• alternate camera angles

• first and last animation frames

For Wan first/last-frame workflows, generate each endpoint separately while keeping the same character references and scene settings.

Then change only the pose, action or camera direction required for the next frame.

Reference System

Separate reference slots are available for:

• Face

• Torso

• Legs / Groin

• Skin / Hair

• Back

• Side

• Kneeling

• Prone

• Supine

The Pose node has priority over pose-specific references.

For example, if a Back reference is enabled but a frontal pose is selected, the Back reference is automatically bypassed and cannot force the generated frame into the wrong view.
