Furansu (France) + Moe (To burn with passion).
This LoRA has been an attempt of mine to answer the question: What if DuCreux, the 18th Century French Artist took a turn a making anime-style paintings?
Furansumoe blends anime stylized linework with the painterly coloring and brushwork of DuCreux. Along the way, I wanted to define shading further. These attempts resulted in the "hand-sketched" detailing found in the images you see here.
Suggested Use: No trigger is required. The effects are generally seen at around 0.8. The LoRA plays nice between 0.8 and 1.2. Things get wonky at higher strengths
CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE:
I used 50 images through CivitAI to create the images used in the dataset. These images would not have been possible without the checkpoint SickOllie by the user of the same name. Their checkpoint has treated me very well through its prompt adhesion and friendliness to LoRAs.
In addition to using my original DuCreux_Style LoRA, (at 0.70), I blended in the delightful Friendly Sketch Krea2 by arsibalt (at 0.65) which produces excellent linework, along with 3d skin Krea2&Qwen2.1 by storyAura (at 0.85), to help refine the color shading.
Lastly, even the best Krea2 checkpoint needs a little help unlocking its creativity, which is why I used the Krea2 TextFusion Refusal-Reduction by Capitan01R at full strength (Thanks, Capitan01R, for your service)
Description
Retrained from images generated by my Ducreux LoRA, Anime Flat Style, and MOSS Semi-Realistic Anime 2.5d.
I used variations of the following header block and ending block with the subject in the middle to generate the database images:
ducreux anime style
An illustration in the manner of late 18th-century French portraiture, reimagined with modern anime energy. Soft, powdery pastel-style modeling and expressive, characterful faces, combined with confident hand-drawn ink line work. Rendered on warm, toothy toned paper with a muted, earthy palette of ochre, umber, sienna, slate blue, and chalky off-white.
[Subject]
Material and texture: neoclassical painterly realism defined by bold, hand-inked black contours. A thick, dark outer outline surrounds the whole figure, noticeably heavier than the interior lines; fine ink lines describe facial features, hair strands, and fabric folds. Within the lines, form is fully modeled with soft blended pastel shading and visible paper grain, with no hard-edged cel shading. Anime influence appears in the dynamic posing, the stylized hair clumps, the crisp silhouette, and large, luminous anime eyes with defined irises and bright catchlights, set in an otherwise realistic face. Skin and drapery remain painterly and realistic.
The LoRA doesn't need the trigger to make it's effects known. Using the trigger word does make the anime elements pop out more, so I recommend it. For the full effect, try using the following at the beginning of your subject:
Worked entirely in rough, visible pastel strokes on toothy toned paper, with clear dark ink outlines
I had fun making this French Neoclassical-Anime fusion. I hope you enjoy making a few images with it, and feel free to post!
