a bit faster useing the start img size 864x480 which you can change to improve the speed or quality of the video i have add a laten up scaler to make the finale video output at full size at 1377x736 which its scaled by the longer edge of the img. now i got it down to 20 minutes for a 20 second video on a 5060ti 16gb gpu ik it might be way faster on bigger gpus
