这一版既保留了 Dark Beast 5C K2T 直接出图的成品质量（单模型、单次采样、8 步、Euler、无需 PE 增强），又把「输入一张参考图锁住角色 ID」变成同一个模型里的常规操作——无需外挂 LoRA，是统一了生成与参考锁定的底模。（并分层注入了小部分Kroma (Krea-2)的优质美学）

参考路径走的是原生 in-context 条件（VAE latent 参考 tokens +Qwen3-VL 文本编码），不是后期拼贴，所以换场景、换造型、换光线时脸不会漂。
The reference path uses native in-context conditioning (VAE latent tokens + image-grounded Qwen3-VL encoding), not post-hoc compositing — so the face holds when scene, outfit and lighting change.

一个模型，两种用法 / One model, two modes：
① 直接文生图——成品级直出，不需要任何额外节点
② 参考图角色 ID 锁定——同一张脸换场景、换造型、换光线、换机位

快速用法 / Quick Start
A. 直接出图（不装节点）
常规 Krea 2 Turbo 工作流即可：Euler + Simple，8 步，CFG 1，尺寸 ≤2MP。
B. 参考图锁 ID（需要节点）
1. 安装 ComfyUI-Krea2Edit（v2.0.0+），原版节点不生效——双路条件是节点提供的。
2. LoadImage → VAEEncode → Krea2EditModelPatch.source_latent
3. LoadImage → Krea2EditGroundedEncode.image，接你的编辑指令
4. 文本编码器用 Qwen3-VL 4B（CLIPLoader，type: krea2），VAE 用 qwen_image_vae
5. 同时接了 vae + source_image 时，记得把同一个 latent 也接到 target_latent（省显存，避免采样中途挤掉模型）
最小可用集合只列到这里，细节以原作者的 Krea 2 Identity Edit 说明为准。
推荐参数 / Settings
锁人换场景：8 步，CFG 1，
ref_boost≈ 2，grounding_px768（人物可试 1024）指令改图（加/删/换/改色/换装）：
ref_boost≈ 4删人删物：这类编辑靠真引导才稳，8 步 Turbo 常常只是重画一遍
双参考合成：场景放第一个参考，人物放第二个；场景
aligned+ 人物beside最自然提示词三件事：写清人物在画面里露出多少（别只写 "standing"）；把衣服写具体、把要消失的东西也写出来；光线按"落在哪里"来写
已知边界 / Known limits
生图尺寸别超 2MP，超了参考内容会渗进画面或主体重复
双人参考时，衣服能分开，脸会互相影响
删人/删物不稳定；换装命中率不稳；局部编辑偶尔会动到别的区域
身份还原偏"纹理忠实"：痣、肤质、发丝、光线适应得好，面部几何偏典型化——五官极其独特的人会像"近亲"
商业条款与收入分成 / Commercial Terms & Revenue Sharing
1. 分成方式。本模型每一笔成交，都会通过 Civitai 站内 打赏 向 @conrad_locke 支付 10,000 BUZZ⚡。这是固定金额，不随折扣、优惠券或站内活动浮动。
2. 公开监督。本模型的下载量、使用量与收入全部公开可见，任何人都可以自行核对。如果你发现某笔成交没有对应分成，欢迎直接在评论区或私信指出，我会补齐并说明。
3. 为什么这样分。In-Context 编辑的双路条件是这位作者做出来的开源成果，没有它这个模型不成立。分成不是情怀，是成本。
4. 授权说明。Krea 2 Identity Edit 组件的商用授权以 原作者条款 为准；本模型在 Krea 2 Community License 框架下分发，超过其营收阈值（当前 <$1M/年）需另行取得授权。
5. 内容责任。生成内容的肖像权、商标权、著作权由使用者自行确保合规。请勿用于真实人物的非自愿、有害或性化影像。
