This workflow turns a single reference image into a complete character asset pack — 8 emotion variants, 24 action poses, 12 camera angles and a turnaround sheet. Everything is drawn in one pass, so the face, outfit and lighting stay locked across every frame. No manual alignment, no LoRA training needed. Runs on 8GB VRAM.
