First dip into the world of male focused XL NSFW.
I've been trying to get something worth sharing for a VERY long time now and I feel I have finally achieved something I am happy with.
It is not perfect, and you should expect some weird stuff (weird anatomy, wrong gender, watermarks, weird dicks) but all in all, I think it still allows for some very nice realistic generations. The model is also very horny and you will sometimes have to fight for people to keep their clothes on.
I strongly advise that you have a look at the showcase pictures to get an idea of the best settings and prompts. Negs help quite a bit, especially to avoid getting women.
I have found that the more specific you are in your positive prompts, the better the output.
As always, I also highly recommend using Adetailer to fix faces.
Hires fix. is also your friend, even at a very low scale (I like to use 1.2 just to clean up details).
Anyway, as I said, this is an Alpha and I will try and keep working on the model in the future to make it even better.

Sure, there might be some quirks like wonky anatomy, but the model still delivers top-notch realistic gens.

This Lora changes the character a little bit and makes them hairy/mushy.

Excellent checkpoint. Gives great high quality images. So happy to see more male specific checkpoints for SDXL.
For the Alpha, the only thing I've noticed when trying to inpaint the face/using After Detailer is that it will put a tongue out/partial dick sucking when the prompt has nothing to do with that.
Really nice improvement in the male model space. It generates a nice variety of realistic faces, bodies, environments, and photo styles (vintage/amateur/polished) with minimal effort. Natural language prompts work very well. Spots that it could improve are penises (does not like generating flaccid penis, penis is often distorted/broken/unrealistic), and composition (multiple people are rough, some poses work better than others, standing>sitting). Pony has me spoiled on a lot of things at this point, but one thing in particular I think might be worth adopting is more targeted explicitness-control (source_explicit, source_safe); might help with the dick-bleeding-through-underwear problem. It’s a strong start, and I’m looking forward to subsequent releases.

Been trying this model for a couple days now and I do think it is pretty good. It has it's glitches like all models do mostly disturbing one is the dick head being the wrong side round when the image is taken from the front.
Can this do hetero ? Most models aren't trained on dicks. Thanks !
I've never had any problem but this one just slows down my PC. Literally unstable and unusable model

I love both the 1.5 and this XL versions. Some differences I have noted are as follows:
XL is not very good with regular pants lol. Even with negative prompts, the pants are always unzipped or unbuttoned. Most of the time you will get some pubic hair or just the base, but very rarely can you get a regular pair of pants. Or even underwear. They just don't appear fully covered haha, not that it's something to complain about, but sometimes you just want them to be properly clothed LOL.
XL is not very receptive to names. I used to be able to prompt a distinctly different person with a long unique name on the 1.5, but everyone looks the same for XL. Even with different races, you can kinda tell it's the same face, just different colored skin.
XL's idea of sitting is always at crotch level, staring up towards the subject. Like, it's nice, but it'd be nice to also be able to balance it out with some eye-leveled shots.
XL don't really produce moving shots. On the 1.5, we could prompt movement/moving and the subject would be in a really natural pose mid-movement, which really changes things up from time to time, but I don't think XL is able to do the same.
As for lighting, I am not sure if 1.5 is the same but XL loves to produce well-lit subjects, like even if you prompt dark rooms, there will always be a really nice little lamp or chandelier somewhere in the photo, which makes things look quite artificial sometimes.
I think that's about it? Not sure if these feedback are of any use to you and future releases, but I hope it will help a little! Thanks again for your amazing models.
If only the model allowed flaccid dicks, it would be perfect. positive and 4 brackets flaccid, as well as negative and 3 brackets erect, results in an erect penis. :/

In Fooocus it only produces good pictures when I use Lightning preset. Any other preset produces some weird compressed looking pics.
