Disclaimer: I didn't create this LoRA. This LoRA was originally hosted over on MEGA.nz, but since most (if not all?) Colabs don't support MEGA links, I thought I'd post it here so people who only use Google Colab could try it too.
This is a Futanari LoRA. All the examples you see above have been generated using AbyssOrangeMix3 (AOM3). Feel free to experiment with other models. Here are the author's notes:
Requires "veiny penis" in prompts.
Works best at around weight 1.0, CFG 7.0.
I used DPM++ 2M Karras, 15 steps in all testing, but more steps are recommended for actual generations. (20-30)
Recommended hi-res upscaler is R-ESRGAN 4x+ (Some of the examples I've posted have been upscaled with Latent Nearest-Exact), but feel free to experiment.
Not extensively tested for multiple subjects, hardcore sex, etc

Can you provide a little bit more information? Like the model you're using and other settings?
@AlexanderKing Apparently it's a common problem with making futas in general. Most tags guide the AI towards traditional women, with vaginas. It can morph labia into a set of balls pretty easily, but there's often not enough noise left over to form a penis.

Use a checkpoint intended for the purpose of making futas, increase the weight of penis-related tags, and cross your fingers.
