I tried this model for several days and it works well!! However, I noticed that the model is lack of dark/cold tone ability. When I tried to generate characters in dark/dim environments the model always gave me very bright ones.

Try starting with a blank latent. In other words, create an all black image, say 512x512. Then Load that image and encode it as the empty latent. Starting from all black makes it a lot easier to get black backgrounds. I love doing 80s and 90s blacklight poster styles.
@AceGCR But then it's kinda "fixed seed", right? Since there's no random noise (all black).
@green_anger No. The random seed will still affect the added noise in the K-Sampler. Word of note: I do occasionally get completely black outputs when using black image empty latents. White images work well for paper style arts like ink, pencil, watercolor, etc.
