I like this LORA, but it's frustrating to work with. Finding the right balance for it is difficult. 0.8 seems to be the right-ish strength. It's good, don't get me wrong, but tricky.
It depends on what base model you are using and the prompt you are typing.
Try something like: "In the 1950's (subject) then add 1950's technicolor style"
Also, check reference showcase image(s) as a guide. (positive and negative prompt)
