It is recommended to use in inpaint mode manually, or using ADetailer.
Version 3 improved performance of Lora in text2img. But I recommend using hires. Added kee eyes token. If you use Lora, remove tokens like bad eyes, Error eyes from the Negative prompt.

@Zap9 Prompts related to hypnosis may produce spiral eyes, such as hypnosis and mind control. Some may require higher strength, depending on which model you use. You can check out danbooru's hypnosis page to see what related prompts are available.
One for empty eyes would be great also!
@kirill782 second one seems good, but its outputs have too many characters doing blushes which can be annoying if you're not looking to have them

There is too much effect on other parts of the image, like clothing, even at 0.6 strength, indicating that this isn't a good lora. Adetailer will add too much extra time to my lightning workflow.
