This workflow removes subjects from images, fills the background using a
technique similar to Photoshop's generative fill style, and saves the
subject on a separate transparent layer.
Update:
Cleaner version, removed the generation part its only for existing images.

BTW, your negative prompts are out of control my dude. Check 3:30 in Scott Detweilers YT video "SDXL ComfyUI Stability Workflow - What I use internally at Stability for my AI Art" to understand what negative prompts are doing. You don't need all that stuff in there and it's almost certainly not helping your generations by having it there. I replaced your entire negative prompt with "rocks" and it turned out exactly the same.
