@OliviaRossi Okay, it's been two hours now as I'm playing with the model, and I think initial wow has passed, so I now can give a somewhat objective opinion. First of all - this version is freaking awesome. I liked the previous ones, but Photo is head and shoulders above everything else.
Light, scene, details, overall mood - no competition here.
What could be better: faces seem a bit repetitive. I intentionally didn't specify what I want faces to be, and they came out quite similar. It's like there is a proto face behind them all. It's a beautiful one, but more diversity will surely go a long way to benefit the output.
Some of exaggerated pony concepts are gone, but it's a trade-off I'll take.
Hands are hit and miss, but this is still SDXL, no surprises here.

And before getting off the soapbox, I'll use the chance to say thank you. Your effort is appreciated, and the fruit of it is sweet :)

@justforporn I've been playing with this CP for 24h and I totally agree with you about the positive.
About the "repetitive faces", I would say it's also a positive because according to me, initially generated faces should be used as a base, and every SD user should use aDetailer extension (+ lora ) or at least use inpainting for faces... and with this kind of workflow, it's better to have "repetitive faces" as a base to get consistent results after face detailing ;-)
