after looking around i found that most workflows you can download are extremely complicated for a first time user, even the ones that people call simple so i made this.
just a basic workflow to get people started who dont understand how to make their own workflow or dont understand how to use a more complex one.
Just install comfyui manager and install missing custom nodes and you are good to go.
This model is currently txt2img only with lora support, however may be updated later to also support img2img
you can download a image upscaler of your choice and gfpgan1.4 through the install models tab of comfyui manager
V1.3 has a more customizable face restoration feature making it more complicated to use for someone who is a brand new user of comfyui compared to 1.2 but is still a far simpler setup than most other available workflows with face restoration features, most of the settings for face restore will be fine to use as is for most setups, you can just adjust the amount of steps and cycles you want it to run of the face restore if you feel it isnt doing enough.

Appreciate the effort, but man, I just spent an hour to make it work, and I'm stuck at a YOLO SAM error. I guess we both have a different definition of "simple".
yea its not really that simple but compared to most of the other workflows available that do the same thing this one is much simpler, i believe that there was an update to comfyui or pytorch since i made this and it causes issues with ultralytics, i am working on a newer workflow that will hopefully not have such issues and also try and optimize it for better performance too.
