This does a great job of an exact upscale. If you're looking for a workflow that enhances your existing image to add a bit of detail, this doesn't really seem to do anything.
Did you try upping the denoise on the Boaty? The higher the denoise, the greater the freedom you're giving to the AI to embellish what it sees
@Grockster Yeah, I tried that, but it just started to hallucinate really bad instead of adding any details. Maybe it was just a bad image I was working with, but it was just a basic portrait. 🤷🏼
Like I said, it does a great job of doing a basic upscale and reproducing the original exactly. So, there's definitely some value there.
It would be nice to have a very brief tutorial on how to make it work or what models you need to preinstall. I have all of the required nodes but still have a bunch of errors. Can't even figure out how to apply the baked lora from a checkpoint instead of loading a separate lora without getting an error :D ;_;
