I've tried myself but I get weird results with three penises and penises fusing with heads etc.

I noticed that decently often this TI will give me two characters kinda "kissing" instead of what it's supposed to be, even if I have "kissing" and "2girl" etc. in negatives. Any ideas how to avoid this?

Perhaps other prompts around terms like deepthroat rather than oral, but yeah I get that too
