This is the only Lora for SDXL as well as Pony Checkpoints like RealismByStableYogi, which only changes the penis and not the faces or body. Especially if you work with img2img from SDXL or Juggernaut and you just want to add a natural flaccid penis (ev. + glans and testicles), this Lora is perfect (I use it with strength 0.7).
