I second the recommendation for DDetailer. I use it all the time to get fast, easy txt2img without doing hi-res fix on the whole batch. DDetailer will show me which ones I might want to enlarge and redo with hi-res fix. I love it!
I just wish there were more models, like ones to mask and refine certain body parts... like fingers and hands! And yeah, also some more private body parts too.

Yeah, DDetailer models. Sorry about that I should have been clearer. But I did learn just a couple hours ago that the adetailer extension works much the same way, and it has a downloadable model specifically for hands. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to before long. Right now I'm still running on an old install that I haven't updated since March, including the extensions. When I tried a fresh install of the webui-ux fork (which I quite recommend if you haven't tried it), I keep getting out of memory issues even when trying to make very small images. I think it's because of Torch 2.0, but I'm not sure.
What other models is this a mix of?
