This model is a minecraft skin generator.

I am not an author of that model an have only done the conversion (diffusers folder to safetensors format). Model was taken from huggingface. All credit goes to Monadical, support them by using their hosted version of model.

Settings:

• Resolution: 768x768 (IMPORTANT!!!)

• Sampling steps: 50

• CFG/Guidance scale: 7.5

While settings are a subject to experiments, you have to use 768x768 resolution. Other resolutions will distort the output.

In gallery, preview characters with blue background are rendered by model authors, pictures with pink background are actual model output (different seeds and other parameters as original are unknown).

To convert the output to actual skin you have to cut off lower half with previews and make pink background transparent, scale the image down to 64x32 using nearest neighbor algorithm.

No skin overlays for us unfortunately (old skin format) 😢.

All that stuff was derived from script here, feel free to use it instead.
