This is a slider, Lora, so you can choose whatever weight you want, so experiment and find what suits you best. A positive weight adds abs. You can use even higher weights such as 8 and above it all depends on characters and checkpoints.
You can also add `sagging breasts` to your prompt to make it have an even stronger effect.

Great Lora idea, but has a little issue, the lower the weight, the more rear view images it produces.

This LORA has interesting results when values lower than the recommended lower bound is used. Starts to get chibi and/or superdeformed style.
