Great Lora. How did you train them? Are your training images with faces? If not, did you blurr them or did you just cut them of?
I have attempted a mix of different ways of doing it.. I usually start with 4kx4k images, crop (for flux) square, if I can use BIRME to crop to 2048x2048, Ill do that, but sometimes photoshop works better, try to keep chins, hair, fingers, feet, and minimize background noise (lots of outdoor images are bad). I have been planning on dumping my datasets, but not sure if its worth it, I spend HOURS on datasets. I mean, I like doing it, not complaining, but.. its a lot of work to get something "perfect" as possible. :) Thanks for the feedback!
