A fairly large portion of your example images portray nudes of real people. Even though they're pornstars, it violates civitai's rules. You should replace them with images of non-real people, or all of this content will likely be removed and you risk a ban. Just trying to help, so don't shoot the messenger.
No.. its smart.. I do a lot of testing with my (unpublished) LoRas, like to see how they work with mixed content LoRas, its an odd "rule" being that they are typically nude for all the world to see. Good Looking Out. Have to do some editing.
You can place a censor bar over the eyes, or put a clipart of one of those mustache+glasses disguises over the face

Diversity of bodies but it's hard to generate them with pubes. They are shaved 99% of times (100% in my tests).
