I am making a clean cut: From January 2026 onwards, all my workflows will exclusively use my new, organized layout. Instead of one massive, unmanageable collection, I will release specialized packages (e.g., Nunchaku Flux, Z-Image, SDXL, Pony, etc.).
Why? This allows me to guarantee quality and keep everything up-to-date without losing track of 50+ individual files.

To use Nuchaku, you need an RTX graphics card, and you'll need to do a few things in addition to the custom node installation. This is all explained in the four videos. A few days ago, a completely updated installation guide was also released for the model creators. The other workflows should all work simply by "Install missing custom nodes."

One of the most consistent and humble Author out there and he made it simple to understand. No doubt Nunchaku is itself complicated to install but once you managed to install it works like a Rocket. Adding to humble Author he knows more then he shows here but he always wanted to keep it simple.

About Dual CLIP Loader in ComfyUI:
For SDXL and Pony models, the CLIP models (CLIP-L & CLIP-G) are usually already embedded in the checkpoint.
But if you're using Flux or Nunchaku workflows, you’ll need to manually download a CLIP-L model and a T5XXL-CLIP model.
