I am making a clean cut: From January 2026 onwards, all my workflows will exclusively use my new, organized layout. Instead of one massive, unmanageable collection, I will release specialized packages (e.g., Nunchaku Flux, Z-Image, SDXL, Pony, etc.).
Why? This allows me to guarantee quality and keep everything up-to-date without losing track of 50+ individual files.

DE: Hier ist das komplette Archiv meiner Sammlung von über 50 Workflows. Ich habe viele davon ein letztes Mal überarbeitet, damit sie mit der aktuellen Comfy UI Version kompatibel sind. Dies ist der letzte Upload (Final Upload) für diese Seite.
Ich mache jetzt einen klaren Schnitt: Ab Januar 2026 werden alle meine Workflows ausschließlich im neuen, aufgeräumten Layout erscheinen. Anstatt einer riesigen, unhandlichen Sammlung werde ich spezialisierte Pakete veröffentlichen (z. B. Nunchaku Flux, Z-Image, SDXL, Pony usw.).
Warum? So kann ich Qualität und Aktualität garantieren, ohne bei über 50 einzelnen Dateien den Überblick zu verlieren.

To use Nuchaku, you need an RTX graphics card, and you'll need to do a few things in addition to the custom node installation. This is all explained in the four videos. A few days ago, a completely updated installation guide was also released for the model creators. The other workflows should all work simply by "Install missing custom nodes."

Danke für deine Mühe und Arbeit. Ich find es richtig geil.
Aber bin noch nicht zum ersten Ergebnis gekommen, da ich immer nur ein schwarzes Bild bekomme nachdem SUPIR ... ob nun mit Teilen des Bildes oder ohne, es bleibt schwarz und ich raffe nicht warum.
Benutze den Workflow "Supir_SDXL_SD_Ultimate_Custom_Upscale_Workflow_v3.0_low_VRAM" und es es ist eigentlich so eingestellt wie im Video (Restore Old Photos...).

Hast du nen Tipp für mich?
Hab Steps erstmal runter gedreht und die verschiedenen Sampler probiert. Bleibt dennoch schwarz. Die Tiles sind zu sehen, also scheint er es entweder nicht richtig zusammen zu führen, oder er macht halt irgendwie gar nix ... :D
Ok, es ging bei mir auch nicht und ich habe in dieser Loader Node das Modell noch einmal ab und wieder ausgewählt, dann hat es funktioniert. Ich würde wenn lowVRAM, beim SUPIR-Loader auf deinem Bild auf fp-8 umstellen. Vorher zu Sicherheit mal oben neben den Manager auf unload Models und Free Model und Node Cache drücken. Geht aber beides, je nach VRAM. Du kannst auch die High Variante verwenden und die Supirvariante umschalten auf Tiles. Habe aber eine fehlende Verbindung entdeckt, (Negative Conditioning), deshalb lade ich die zwei Workflows noch einmal hoch, suche ne extra Platz. @murphylanga Super danke. Ich probier mal weiter. Fp_8 geht bei mir nicht, da ich nen Mac habe. Ist ein M3 Mac Air mit 16GB, also eher schwächer. Ich hab das Gefühl, dass Supir auf dem Mac irgendwie nicht richtig will.
Hat leider alles nichts geholfen. Bleibt schwarz. Finde auch irgendwie nix dazu im Internet. Damn …. Hab auch andere Supir worklflows probiert und hier das selbe Problem. Liegt also nicht ein deinem Workflow. Echt Schade. Das ist so nice gebastelt. Hast du vielleicht noch eine Idee?
@bjurner Hast du nie Varianten aus dem Update Link versucht? Die sollten problemlos laufen, allerdings bin ich bei der Variante mit Mac außen vor, das kann ich leider nicht checken. allerdings sollte Supir wie SDXL laufen. Falls supir nicht läuft, teste doch einmal einen SDXL SD Ultimate Upscale workflow, die sollten funktionieren. Was willst du genau machen. Nunchaku und MAC geht leider nicht. Ich habe zwar ne RXT4080 aber auch hier sind die 16GB manchmal echt knapp....
@murphylanga ok. Ich probiere mal einen SDXL Upscale. Nunchaku sowie Wan funktioniert leider nicht ... aber ja, 16GB sind auch nich viel. Mal gucken. :)
Die Variante im 3.0.1 hab ich versucht, aber auch ohne Erfolg. Es bleibt einfach immer schwarz.
@bjurner Hallo Sorry das ich mich jetzt erst melde. Hatte viel zu tun. Comfy hat gerade alles umgebaut. Hast du dir die App für Comfy schon einmal angesehen oder nutzt du diese? Die gibt es auch für den Mac. SDXL Upscale geht nicht, das kann eigentlich nicht sein. da ist nichts besonderes drin. Ich installiere bei mir gerade alles neu. Die App läuft problemlos (noch)... Die Nodes 2.0 sind echt noch nicht zu gebrauchen und was sie im Kern geändert haben, keine Ahnung aber es funktioniert plötzlich einiges nicht. RGthree passt seine Nodes auch erstmal nicht an. Mal schauen wie es weitergeht. wie schaut´s mit den Templates von Comfy direkt aus, funktionieren die? Sorry das ich dir nicht wirklich weiterhelfen kann. Falls du die App noch nicht verwendest, das würde ich mal testen, die gibt es speziell für den Mac und sollte sehr einfach zu installieren sein.
