The Model has been trained on default SDXL and is primarily intended for realistic models but I will probably also work for anime models.
General Tips:
The recommended strength is 0.5-0.9, a higher strengths sometimes creates more realistic results.
The model seems to follow size and state (erect/flaccid) better if they come close to the beginning of the prompt
size and state (erect/flaccid) works better if the prompt is shorter
Use highres fix!!! The upsampler does not really matter. Denoise should be at least 0.3.
Use the regular model for impainting penises. Select "only mask" set Padding to a >50px and set denoiseing to ~0.6

How do you run this in SD 1.5+, now that the lycoris extension is disabled?
The Lycoris extension is disabled because it's now been added into Automatic1111 itself. You don't need to use an extension at all. Just add it to your LoRA folder and treat it like any other LoRA.
For Automatic1111 version 1.5 and higher, no extension is needed. The Lycoris extension will not work on version 1.5 and higher, because all the functionality has been added into Automatic1111 itself. Lycoris models work exactly the same as LoRAs on 1.5+. Install them to the LoRA folder and they will show up in the extra networks section, just like other LoRAs.

Any ideas how to prevent 2 dicks going up and down at the same time or erect ones always pointing straight down? like 8 out of 10 times i have a double dick going in both directions, the other 2 are a gamble between pointing straight down (but it clearly paints it as erect, which causes it to look like someone broke it and turned it 180°) and working.
First: thanks for the great loras! You have no idea how much I appreciate a tgirl lora that works! The futa loras make futas, which are different than tgirls, and things get messy using them trying to make tgirls.
Second: if you're planning an update, I'd appreciate some differentiation between "normal" sized penis, and the rather large ones most models produce - especially for flaccid. I keep getting these giant flaccid dongs that even if they represented an erection they would be too big to be real. I've tried using small penis / medium penis / large penis to get different sizes, but "small" is often ignored and even when it isn't, the "small" produced is larger than most porn stars. Anyway, it would be nice to have some more granular control over size. Maybe I just don't know the right prompts to get what I want.
Third: just an observation - v4 doesn't play nicely with a lot of models, models I was happily using your earlier versions with. SardonyxREDUX, Ilustro's 2ndEditionPhotoreal, 3rdEditionPhotoReal, Aniverse_v11, aZovyaPhotoreal, aZovyaRPGTools, to name a few examples. It seems to really push the images either into a confused state (mangled horrors) or into an anime style, which is strange given they're mostly photorealistic models. With Aniverse_v11, I can usually make great semi-realistic (nicer than 2.5D) images, but v4 pushes them right back into flat anime - - I don't know if this is something that can be addressed, but I figured I'd let you know and see. Doesn't hurt to ask, right?
Fourth: this might be something for your FAPP lora, but I'll mention it here: if you could make the tgirl lora more flexible as far as sex acts. It's really tough to get these tgirls to do anything other than look pretty on their own! LOL - I mean if you try to get partners involved things go downhill quickly. I think the AI gets rather confused as to who's supposed to be putting what where. Is the guy topping, the tgirl topping, who's got penises and who doesn't? It's seems impossible to get a tgirl and a regular girl in the same image. Hopefully this is something coming in future versions. (Oh, the one that seems impossible to generate is two tgirls facing each other - invariably the AI merges the two penises together or it removes one altogether and just leaves the one poor tgirl with just testicles!) Again: maybe I just don't know how to write a proper prompt to get what I'm looking for, but I've tried thousands of generations. So any help in that direction is appreciated.
Fifth: is there an SDXL version coming?
Lastly: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I love your work and really appreciate it. I'm not complaining above, I just wanted to give some feedback and hopefully help you improve this lora.
BTW, the reason normal sized flaccid penises are important is because DeviantArt has a policy against boners (in free image galleries) which means you either have to mask-over the erections or generate obviously flaccid ones - or risk getting banned.

2. The dataset only contains realistic size flaccid penises (most of them are on the larger side though). But it's allot of closeup images to the AI seems to have problems to scale the proportions
3. I have noticed too that V4 does not seem to generalize as well as V3 did, I think it's overfitted for epicRealism due to the large number of steps. But earlier Epochs did not create results as good
4. I am aware of this issue but its not easy to fix, as there is not allot of images available that can be used as training data, I think some of the training data would have to be created with impainting. Sex acts where 2 peoples full bodies are visible are extremly hard in general.
5. I have not used XL at all and I don't have allot of free time at the moment, so it will probably take a while.

there is a way to inpaint ? cause im losing my mind to understand how use it !!! i tried several models and used your lora models i have the 1.5+ stablediffusion but nothing... nothing i cant generate those beautiful dicks in a man or woman with inpaint
It consistently changes my images into more of a cartoon. realistic quality without it. any idea how to change this?
Get the image you want composition-wise and then swap to img2img with a realism model and use controlnet canny/depth with low diffusion to make the fine details more realistic
