TgirlsXL is a step up from the SD1.5 version in realism and reliablility
Can create flaccid penises in almost every pose
follows prompts much better (large/small or flaccid/erect)
better looking penises
much better at side poses and poses from behind
produces much less body horror like multiple dicks...
The penis bulge concept from V4 is not working in this version
Works great in combination with my other XL Lora

The Model has been trained on default SDXL and is primarily intended for realistic models but I will probably also work for anime models.
General Tips:
The recommended strength is 0.5-0.9, a higher strengths sometimes creates more realistic results.
The model seems to follow size and state (erect/flaccid) better if they come close to the beginning of the prompt
size and state (erect/flaccid) works better if the prompt is shorter
Use highres fix!!! The upsampler does not really matter. Denoise should be at least 0.3.
Use the regular model for impainting penises. Select "only mask" set Padding to a >50px and set denoiseing to ~0.6

Works really well! I tested it a little bit with both 2D anime girls (Hassaku) and 3D women (Mars Mix) and it worked fine on both. Nice.

@anonfaker using this lora at 0.65, realistic futa modal and denoising strength pretty low at 0.35 the combo I've found is pretty good at fixing dicks. I haven't found anything that will produce one out of thin air, tho you could try those settings with inpaint draw.
I just want to know if this big dick would be available for male character??
You can use it for male characters it works surprisingly well.
flaccid penis tag rarely works
I trained a new model that is way better at creating flaccid penises. I will upload it soon

Can someone tell me their exact checkpoint merger settings to have made this work? I'm not getting any good results.
try using marsmix without any merging
works great when it does, but i randomly start consistently getting deformed or extra parts at times and have no idea why. I tweak the weights using addnet and without but it just happens til it starts cooperating again. seems to get worse when i add those to negative prompt too. but again, still works well when it doesn't have an issue.
start with an anime/hentai model and create an animated version you want to turn realistic. The send to img2img and change model to a more realistic model and do low denoising strength runs repeatedly to get it closer to real.

Really struggle to get good results with this sadly, the lack of good penis rendering is really holding all these kinds of Loras back
I believe this may be the dream of all ladyboys.

would it be possible to use this lora in the negative prompt to avoid generating tgirls? If that wouldn't work, what's your advice for avoiding that?
You can try your luck at the "additional networks" extension, which let's you use strength values that are negative, like -0.6
@zixaphir ok thanks for the advice, I'll look into that. So you confrm that placing a LoRA in the negative prompt and then entering words for concepts we want to avoid does not work?

was there an update got a notification that there was one, but i only see the ones from April as being the newest?
the model was unpublished because of a error from a moderator. When it was reinstated it said that it was updated. An actual update is coming very soon though

What models and settings are you guys using? Every attempt I make comes with penises that look nothing like the demo images. The always look weird, ugly, and unnatural.
Have you made sure your webui is up to date and/or you put them in the LyCORIS directory? Also keep in mind that composable-Lora is not compatible with the LyCORIS extension but the LyCORIS extension will probably be deprecated since LyCORIS has been added directly to webui release
