So all versions have their ups and downs, I suggest that you use 1.75 with anylora, and then inpaint with 1.5 with meinamix or 1.0 on anythingv5.

Should be a lot more stable and smaller than it's counterparts.
Use tags gynoid(it is meant to replace girl in your prompt), then hacked + (whatever component you want cut off) and broken_skin + (whatever you want the skin to be missing from).

Does this only work in anime style?
I haven't tried it. But it's a lora. And lora's are trained on the transformer part(which is mainly language processing). So it's probable that it will work with all models, but I can't guarantee
