So all versions have their ups and downs, I suggest that you use 1.75 with anylora, and then inpaint with 1.5 with meinamix or 1.0 on anythingv5.

Should be a lot more stable and smaller than it's counterparts.
Use tags gynoid(it is meant to replace girl in your prompt), then hacked + (whatever component you want cut off) and broken_skin + (whatever you want the skin to be missing from).

It's a Pixiv tag, with the obvious pun of mecha+macabre. The theme being robot people in various states of damage or disarray. Not an exclusively violent situations since it includes a lot of maintenance/disassembly stuff as well, the theme being showing off the inner workings. I think anyway.
